When paying online, the amount will be charged to your credit card after you place your order. In the event of an order cancellation or stock issues, a refund will be processed to your credit card within 6-8 business days.

 

Delivery

 

We aim to hand over ordered products to the courier company on the same day. For products that require more time, the shipping time is 3 business days, as specified in the product details. You will be informed of any potential delivery delays.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide an address where you are present during the day as the delivery address. Your order will be prepared for shipping according to your chosen delivery method. Our products will be shipped from our location in Poland via courier companies such as DPD, InPost, or Polish Post. After your order is confirmed, it will be handed over to the courier company within 3 business days. You can contact our representative to discuss other delivery terms.

 

Payment Monitoring

 

If the system is unable to process a transaction for any reason, the customer will be informed on the payment page. In case of an error in the provided address, we will contact the person who placed the order. The validity of the email address provided by the customer is confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order has been submitted.

 

Please Note!

 

If you believe the package was damaged during transit, please open and inspect it in the presence of the courier. If you notice any damage to the product, ask the courier to prepare a damage report and do not accept the shipment. Once the shipment is accepted, the courier company is considered to have fully fulfilled its obligations.

In the case of a damaged product, please inform us as soon as possible about the prepared report by sending an email to info@velnero.store. Upon receiving this information, we will begin the process to resend the product as quickly as possible. Please provide a brief explanation of why you want to return the product, as this will help us in our actions.
